Amenities included in monthly rent:
• Thorough weekly cleaning of your apartment.
• Personal weekly laundry service (includes linens), except dry cleaning.
• Chef prepared evening meal served in dining room or delivered to your apartment.*
• Use of locked storage cage.
• 24-Hour Emergency Call System.
• Reserved parking space (or you may rent a garage).
• Heat, electricity, and cable TV (except telephone).

* Breakfast & lunch is not included in rent but may be ordered at a very reasonable cost.

The Apartments at the Orleans Retirement Center are Independent Living. We are not an assisted living facility and do not offer medication management nor do we supply home health aides. If you need assistance beyond that which our kind and supportive staff can offer, you might consider hiring a private duty aide. Emergency pull cords are in every apartment should they be needed during the night. Our Apartment Manager is Rose Fernandes and the Director of Maintenance is Steve Miner.

Dining
The evening meal is carefully prepared by our own chef is included in your monthly rate. Dinner is served in the Retirement Center’s very beautiful dining room. The founder of Orleans Retirement Center, Peter J. Meade, was an avid antique collector and his touches can be admired in the dining room. Your guests are welcome to dine with you in the dining room, please contact the chef ahead of time. There is a small fee for each guest meal but believe us when we say, “it’s the best deal in town!”

You may choose to prepare breakfast and lunch in your own apartment kitchen but if you prefer both are available and can be delivered to your apartment for a very nominal fee.
