Convalescent Home - Daily Rates

Residents may choose from semi-private, standard private or extra large private rooms. All rooms have access to a patio or balcony. Orleans Convalescent Home comprises two floors each having it’s own nursing station and beautifully maintained living and sitting rooms for residents and their guests.

O.C.H. is a private, skilled nursing facility providing services on a 24-hour basis. Rates include licensed nursing care, personal care by certified nurses aides, daily activities, all meals and snacks, laundry services, housekeeping and room maintenance. We strive to maintain a friendly, non-institutionalized approach while providing necessary medical services as determined by each resident’s personal physician.

Retirement Center - Monthly Rates

The Center, subject to availability, includes two bedroom apartments; one bedroom apartments - either large or standard; and spacious studio apartments. All have a private patio or balcony, large closets, a kitchenette, and a large full-bath equipped with safety features and an emergency pull-cord. All apartments are unfurnished.
